We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our sportswear.
However, product colors may vary depending on screen settings.
All items are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be
notified and refunded.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time.
We assume no responsibility for the removal or modification of products or content on the website.
5. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes do not affect confirmed orders. The price of the products will be the one displayed on our website, expressed in euros (€).
While we make every effort to ensure that all prices are accurate, mistakes may occasionally occur. If we discover an obvious pricing error in any of the items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the choice to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled, and any amount paid will be fully refunded.
All prices shown on the website include VAT at the applicable rate at the time of purchase, but exclude shipping fees, which will be added to the total amount of your order.
Prices may be updated at any time; however, any modification will not apply to orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been issued.
All payment cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the payment is not approved, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the order, and the transaction will not be completed.

- EU countries: 5-10 business days
Delays caused by customs or couriers are beyond our control.
Free shipping applies only to orders of €50 or more delivered within mainland Spain.
9. Returns and Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact team@athonclub.com.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
